1) Who we are
Monoclean Inc. (“Monoclean”, “we”, “us”) helps hosts in Toronto & GTA book reliable turnover cleaning. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
2) Our role & eligibility
We provide cleaning services with vetted pros. Some cleaners are independent contractors. You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate information.
3) Offer summary
- Host-only rates for eligible hosts; quotes reflect unit type, size, frequency, and options.
- Minimum booking: 1.5 hours. Most turnovers take ~1.5–3 hours; actual time varies by property condition and add-ons.
- Same-day windows are offered when available.
- Completion confirmation after each job (standardized checklist status).
- Add-ons: restocking and linens (bed-making/towel reset; wash/dry/fold if selected).
- App booking for scheduling around check-out/check-in times.
4) Quotes, pricing & payments
- Quotes are based on the details you provide and are confirmed at booking. Taxes/fees (if any) are shown before you pay.
- We accept major credit cards and other listed methods. We may place an authorization hold or require prepayment.
- Add-ons (e.g., restocking items, extra linen service) are billed as selected or as agreed in writing.
5) 100% show-up promise
If a confirmed cleaner misses the appointment due to our fault, we will promptly reassign or reschedule at no additional cost. If we cannot complete the service within a reasonable time, your sole remedy is a re-clean or a refund for the missed service. This promise does not cover events outside our control (e.g., building access issues, severe weather, inaccurate address or contact details).
6) Cancellations, reschedules & access
- Cancellation/reschedule windows and any related fees are shown during booking or in your confirmation.
- You must provide safe, lawful access (e.g., lockbox/smart-lock, concierge instructions). If we cannot gain entry or conditions are unsafe, the visit may be cancelled and a fee may apply.
7) Restocking & linens
Restocking uses your specified items or at-cost purchases as agreed. Linen washing/drying is available as an add-on and depends on on-site laundry or agreed alternatives.
8) Acceptable use
No fraudulent activity, harassment, unsafe conditions, or illegal requests. We may refuse or stop service if safety or legality is in question.
9) Reviews & feedback
If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use them for marketing and service improvement.
10) Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, and brand assets are owned by Monoclean or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse them.
11) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as available.” We aim for on-time, high-quality results, but we do not guarantee outcomes beyond the show-up promise. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
12) Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update Terms from time to time and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal law. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
